Utah Forcing Content Variety

Utah has passed a bill in the House to append the state's statute protecting minors from extremely violent video games. Will this fuel a new demand for non-violent games in Utah? I'm guessing there is not a big demand for violent games in Utah anyways. The reason for submitting the bill may be to promote "Utah as a family state".
